From the London Evening-Post, of June 20. A funeral
oration. To the surviving relations and friends of our
deceased brethren, who fell bravely at the late action in
the province of Massachusetts Bay, gloriously sacrificing
their lives in defence of the legal and constitutional
rights of America . . .
There the brave youth, with love of virtue fir'd,
Who greatly in his country's cause expir'd,
Shall know he conquer'd. The firm patriot there,
Who made the welfare of mankind his care,
. . . [2 more lines, quoted from] Cato. [signed]
Hystaspes.
